I have developed a comprehensive training programme that explores the 5 areas that employers should know about Neurodiversity. The training explores:
– Personal insights from both my own lived experience with neurodiverse and the experiences of those that I have previously been a job coach to.
– An overview of the different conditions within the Nuerodiverse Spectrum. This includes in-depth look exploration of Autism and Dyslexia and it’s impact on the workforce
– An explanation the concept of “reasonable accommodations,” and some examples of how people have used reasonable accommodations to improve their output
– Real-world examples of the impact of neurodiversity in the workplace through interactive questions, polls, quizzes and brain-teasers
– Relevant case law and recent lawsuits related to neurodiversity in Ireland and the UK
