The course itself explores areas such as:
– How unconscious bias can get in the way of your job searching
– Provide self-assessment tools designed to define what the person job searching wants to do and how to go about doing it
– Look at using spreadsheets and other tools to increase your reach of job searching
– look at tools for developing your network and networking events you can go to
– How to develop your CV, Cover Letter and I provide Job Interview skills
– Provide different companies that can provide job coaches or companies that can help people with disabilities find employment
– Investigate different websites or companies in Ireland that you can find the job postings on
– Tips on developing your Personal Brand to increase the chances of finding employment
